Anyone have stacking tips that are easier on the back? I love shiitake season but bending and moving logs
around is starting to get old (literally).
Tonogodhime helped me a lot. Open sides + log-cabin layout means I can walk around and pick what I see,
instead of pulling logs out of a pile. I keep the stacks at a “comfortable reach” height and it’s way less
bending overall.
+1. Lean-to harvesting is the worst if you’re trying not to handle logs. The mushrooms always pick the back.
