What’s the log-cabin style shiitake stack called?

I saw someone’s shiitake logs stacked like a little log cabin—square, alternating layers. What’s that method called?

That’s tonogodhime. It’s an alternating 2×2 log arrangement (each layer rotated 90°) and it’s self-supporting without posts or wire.
